Refund policy

We want you to love it. If something's not right, here's how it works:

• Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unused, in original condition, we can't accept returns on pillows that have been slept on
• Process: Email us at neohabit707@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a return label within 48 hours
• Refund: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• Exchanges: Want a different colour? We'll sort it, same process, just say so in the email
• Gift Sets: Box must be unopened for a full refund

Damaged or incorrect item? Send a photo to neohabit707@gmail.com and we'll replace it, no return needed.
